Jagdalpur. There was a lot of pushing and shoving between the councilors of Congress and BJP in the general assembly meeting of Jagdalpur Municipal Corporation today. Congress councilor Vikram Dangi and BJP councilor Sanjay Pandey grabbed each other’s collar. However, other councilors present in the meeting intervened. After which the meeting has been adjourned for 1 hour.
Actually, during the general assembly meeting, Congress councilor Vikram Dangi called councilor Yashvardhan, who recently left Congress and joined BJP, a traitor. This is where the dispute started. First there was a lot of argument between Yashvardhan and Dangi. After which BJP councilor Sanjay Pandey also intervened.
The dispute escalated so much that Sanjay Pandey and Vikram Dangi grabbed each other’s collar. There was a lot of pushing and shoving between them. After which the people present there got both of them released. At the same time, the chairman has adjourned the meeting for 1 hour.
