Bilaspur. In Bilaspur, two youths molested a college girl going to her home with a friend. When the youth protested against the wrongdoings, they mercilessly thrashed the girl and her friend. When the victim student and her friend complained, the police registered a case of simple assault. This emboldened the miscreant youths and now they have started chasing the girl student. At the same time, the student who was scared of this incident has complained to SP Santosh Singh. The case is of Kota police station area.
The 20-year-old girl is a student of Girls Degree College. She lives in the village of Kota police station area. On the last night of June 2 at around 8 pm, the student of CV Raman University and his friend were going to leave the village by making him sit on a bike. Then Subhash Uike and Suresh Porte came following him on the way. Seeing them both started making obscene comments. Seeing their antics, the student and her friends stopped near the underbridge on the way. After some time both of them proceeded towards the village and both the youths were waiting for them. During this also he molested the girl student, who started abusing her when she protested.
The student’s friend opposed this act of the youth, then both came close. Then while taunting, he also thrashed the college student and her friend fiercely. During this, the student informed the police by calling from mobile. Then reached Kota police station to register the report of the case. But, after getting his medical done, the police blocked the way and filed a case of assault and made him walk.
