Cold Brew Ice Popsicle Recipe
If you love the taste of coffee then these popsicles are a treat for you. It is also very easy to make and you can make it by spending very less time.

Servings: 6 Popsicles
Material
2½ cups cold brew coffee, to use separately
1/3 cup sugar
½ ½ cup half and half
Method
In a small saucepan over medium heat, bring ½ cup of coffee and sugar to a boil, stirring continuously, until the sugar dissolves completely. Then remove the pan from the flame.
Pour the remaining two cups of coffee into a pitcher (or other container with a spout, such as a liquid measuring cup). Pour in the hot coffee-sugar mixture and the Half & Half and stir to combine.
Pour mixture into popsicle molds, filling each to about 1/4 inch from top. If you want, you can add two teaspoons of coffee beans and then add the sticks.
Keep it in the freezer for at least three hours to set it and you can also store it in the freezer for two weeks.
