CM Vishnudev Sai observed two minutes silence in memory of forest martyrs

CM Vishnudev Sai today paid tribute to the forest martyrs by reaching Rajiv Smriti Van in the capital Raipur on the occasion of National Forest Martyrs Day. He unveiled the Forest Martyr Memorial in the memory of forest martyrs. Chief Minister Sai said on this occasion that today is a day full of emotions. We are remembering those brave martyrs who sacrificed their lives while protecting forests, natural resources and wildlife. He said that the martyrdom of forest martyrs reminds us of the importance of environmental protection and our responsibilities to protect it.

On this special occasion, the Chief Minister, Forest Minister and Revenue Minister planted a sapling in the memory of their father. It is worth noting that the 20th National Forest Martyrs Day was organized today in Rajiv Smriti Van in the capital Raipur in memory of the forest martyrs. Forest Minister Kedar Kashyap, Revenue Minister Tankaram Verma, MLA Purandar Mishra, Forest Force Chief V Srinivas Rao, All India Forest Officers Federation President Satish Mishra, Chairman Digvijay Singh, officials from various states and a large number of forest workers were present in the program.
