CM Vishnu Deo Sai Urges Representatives to Work with Dedication for Comprehensive Urban Development

Raipur: Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai attended the oath-taking ceremony of the newly elected President of Jashpur Municipal Council, Arvind Bhagat, along with councilors from 20 wards, held at Swami Atmanand Government Boys Higher Secondary School in Jashpur. Extending his congratulations, CM Sai encouraged the new representatives to work with complete dedication towards maintaining cleanliness, ensuring well-ordered governance, and promoting the overall prosperity of the city. He emphasized that meeting the expectations of the citizens would be their highest responsibility and urged them to actively contribute to the progress of Jashpur.

Highlighting the importance of sustainable urban development, CM Sai called upon the councilors to play a proactive role in improving sanitation, strengthening basic infrastructure, and contributing to the vision of a smart city. He stressed that collaboration between the local administration and citizens would be instrumental in transforming Jashpur into a model city. Following the oath-taking ceremony, distinguished guests were honored with mementos in recognition of their contributions.

The event was attended by several prominent dignitaries, including Vice President of the Surguja Tribal Development Authority Gomti Sai, MLA Raimuni Bhagat, District Panchayat President Salik Sai, District Panchayat Vice President Shaurya Pratap Singh Judev, Surguja Division Commissioner Narendra Dugga, Inspector General Ankit Garg, Collector Rohit Vyas, Superintendent of Police Shashimohan Singh, along with senior officials, public representatives, and a large number of citizens.
