Now, for the all-round development of Chirmiri, a triple engine government has to be formed here, only then there will be proper development here, the amount given for development here will be properly utilized. If the fraudulent people of Congress win, they will play with the public and their interests. Another opportunity has come to teach these Congressmen a lesson, they have to be defeated again.
Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai said this while addressing the huge Vijay Sankalp rally organized in Chirmiri. For the all-round and uninterrupted development of Chirmiri city, he appealed to the public to vote for the Mayor candidate of Chirmiri Municipal Corporation Ramnaresh Rai and the BJP candidates for the councilor posts of all 40 wards with a huge majority.
CM Sai said that there was a Congress Mayor in Chirmiri and now her husband is the Congress Mayor candidate. In five years, they have ruined Chirmiri. No work has been done in the field of roads, electricity, water and cleanliness. If they win again, they will completely ruin Chirmiri.
Say said that in the short span of thirteen months, his government has done a lot of work for the Chirmiri Municipal Corporation and the region. 241 crores have been given for the railways and 184 crores for clean drinking water in every house of Chirmiri. He said that instead of the electricity that Chirmiri gets from SECL, now the electricity will be supplied by the Electricity Department.
The rights of 18 lakh poor people were snatched away, 18 lakh PM houses were approved on the second day of oath taking, Government of India has approved 8.47 lakh and 3.88 lakh PM houses now. Three lakh PM houses will be built in urban areas.
Vishnu Dev Sai said that people living in urban bodies in houses built on Nazul land for generations will be made the owners of their land, for this a new law will be brought. More than three lakh PM houses will be built in urban areas in the coming time. People living in urban areas, who pay electricity bills and property tax on time, will also be given the benefit of PM housing, people with 15 thousand monthly income, 5 acres of irrigated and 2.5 acres of non-irrigated land and two-wheelers will be given PM housing. 25 percent discount will be given in property tax in the name of women and those who pay before the 7th will get another 10 percent discount. Pink toilets will be built in every market in urban bodies for the respect of mothers and sisters. Our government will fulfill all these promises of Atal Vishwas Patra.
Sai said that no penalty will be taken from those who do not pay property tax in urban bodies or delay in paying it, only the tax that was due will be taken. For this, we will make a solution plan. Self-help group sisters will be given loans up to two and a half lakhs and free training. We will create utensils bank in every municipal corporation, whoever needs utensils will get it from there. Street vendors will be given assistance of thirty thousand. Nalanda campus will be built. Students who pass UPSC will be given an amount of one lakh under Mayor Samman Nidhi. There will be a provision of free sanitary napkins for girls in schools and colleges. Wi-Fi will also be installed here. His government will fulfill all these promises under Atal Vishwas Patra.
Sai said that as soon as the BJP government was formed in the state, we have done so much work in just 13 months, due to which the trust of 3 crore Chhattisgarhis has increased on our BJP government. All the promises of Modi’s guarantee have been fulfilled. Approval of PM Awas for 18 lakh families, the price of farmers’ paddy being Rs. 3100 per quintal, purchase of 21 quintals of paddy per acre, two years’ pending bonus to farmers, benefit of Mahtari Vandan Yojana for 70 lakh mothers and sisters, price of tendu leaves being Rs. 5500 per standard sack, all this has been done by his government. He said that till date more than 20 thousand devotees have had the benefit of visiting Ayodhya and Kashi Vishwanath under Shri Ramlal Darshan Yojana, and Rs. 10,000 will be given every year to 5.62 lakh landless agricultural labourers of the state under Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Bhoomiheen Krishi Mazdoor Yojana.
