Citroen has revealed the prices of the C3 automatic variant in India. The price of automatic variants starts at Rs 10 lakh. The company had originally showcased the hatchback way back in August. It is now offered with a six-speed torque converter automatic transmission. The C3 automatic starts from Rs 10 lakh and goes to Rs 10.27 lakh.
When it comes to variants, the Citroen C3 Turbo Shine automatic costs Rs 10 lakh. On the other hand, the C3 Turbo Shine Vibe pack costs Rs 10.12 lakh. The Shine Dual Tone and Shine Dune Tone Vibe Pack costs Rs 10.15 lakh and Rs 10.27 lakh respectively. Speaking about the C3 Turbo manual, the Shine Dual Tone costs Rs 9.30 lakh while the Shine Dual Tone Vibe Pack costs Rs 9.42 lakh. The automatic variants cost about Rs 85,000 more as compared to manual variants.
In terms of features, the automatic variants have the same features as the manual variant. Users get LED projector headlamps along with electrically adjustable wing mirrors (which get integrated turn signals). The other features include a 7-inch digital instrument cluster, a 10.2-inch infotainment touchscreen along six airbags. The car gets the MyCitroen Connect smartphone app.
The engine on the C3 is a 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine that generates 110hp power along with a 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox.
In the Indian market, the Citroen C3 competes with the likes of Tata Punch and Hyundai Exter.
