Bhubaneswar: The Council of Higher Secondary Education will begin their Class 12 board exams tomorrow and have released an advisory for the students who will appear for the examinations.
The Higher secondary education board have issued an important notice on it that around 3, 84, 597 students including regular and ex-regular from all streams will appear for the exams.
A total of 1,86,889 boys are appearing for the exam while the number of girls stand at 1,99,361. A total of 2,37,750 students to appear in arts, 1,16,620 in science, 26,089 in commerce and 5,791 in vocational studies.
The higher secondary exams are scheduled to take place from February 16 to March 20, 2024, according to the Odisha Board Class 12 exam date sheet. From 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., students will have three hours and fifteen minutes to complete the exam.
The students have to reach the examination centre half an hour earlier. They have to check the serial number and page number of the answer sheet very well and inform immediately if there is any error. If there is a page number or printing error in the question paper, then inform immediately.
The students are advised not to put any mark or write anything on the question paper except for the roll number, otherwise, students will be barred from writing exams. They have to write their roll number, and registration number at the designated place in the answer sheet. They even have to write the set code of the question paper accurately and submit attendance by checking your roll number in the attendance sheet. Items other than black ballpoint pens and admit cards are not allowed in the examination hall.
