Paris: Tollywood stars Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan are cheering for Indian players in Paris and both the stars watched the first round singles match of India’s top shuttler PV Sindhu.
Sindu defeated Maldives’ Fathimath Nabaha Abdul Razzaq 21-9, 21-6 in a one-sided fashion in the first match of women’s singles group M at La Chapelle Arena on Sunday. Chiranjeevi told the ‘news agency’ after the match, “I just saw Sindhu winning. She will win more matches now. I am hopeful that this time more medals will come in the Olympics.”
Chiranjeevi’s son Ram Charan said, “I just saw Sindhu’s match. It was a great opening match for Sindhu. I wish the entire Indian team all the best for a better performance in the Olympics.”
