To make Chilli Idli, 5-6 semolina idlis, 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped capsicum, 2 tsp corn flour, 1 tsp all purpose flour, ½ tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp finely chopped garlic, long chopped green chilies, 1 Take tsp white vinegar. 1 tsp soya sauce, 1 tsp tomato sauce, 1 tsp red chili sauce, oil, green coriander and salt to taste. To make Mirchi Idli, first cut the Rava Idli into 3-4 parts. Now make a mixture of 1 teaspoon maize flour, all purpose flour, black pepper powder and salt in a bowl. Then dip the cut idli pieces in it and take them out. Now heat oil in a pan and deep fry the idli. After this, take some oil in the pan. After the oil is hot, add garlic and fry it. After this, add green chilies, onions, capsicum to the pan.
After the onion becomes soft, add red chili sauce, tomato sauce, soy sauce, vinegar and salt. Mix all the ingredients well. Now make a mixture of 1 spoon of maize flour in a bowl and put it in a pan. Cook this mixture till it becomes slightly thick. Then put fried idli in it. Your Chilli Idli is ready. Now garnish it with green coriander and serve.
