Raipur. The team of the web series ‘Gram-Chikitsalay’, which is being shot in Chhattisgarh, met Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai at his residence office here. During this, Chief Minister Shri Sai gave the clap of the muhurat-shot of the web series Gram-Chikitsalay. The team told the Chief Minister that their previous project was the famous ‘Panchayat’ series, which received a lot of appreciation. Now they are going to shoot the web series ‘Gram-Chikitsalay’. Its shooting will be done in Rajnandgaon, Chhattisgarh. The Chief Minister welcomed them to Chhattisgarh and wished them.

‘Panchayat’ team liked Chhattisgarh’s locations
The web series team told the Chief Minister that till now most of the shooting of their ‘Panchayat’ and other projects has been done in Madhya Pradesh. But this time the search for locations for the story of the web series ‘Gram-Chikitsalay’ ended in Rajnandgaon, Chhattisgarh. The whole of Chhattisgarh is very beautiful. Cinematic beauty is scattered here. We hope that this web series being filmed here will also be successful like ‘Panchayat’.
Government is promoting film production in Chhattisgarh – Chief Minister Sai
Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai, while discussing with the team of the web series, said that our government is continuously promoting film production in Chhattisgarh. Our effort is that Chhattisgarh emerges as a hub of film shooting. Under the new film policy, many provisions have been made to encourage film production in Chhattisgarh. We are also moving towards setting up a film city in the state. Through the film city, not only will local artists get a chance to showcase their talent, but a large number of jobs will also be created.

The team of the web series ‘Gram-Chikitsalay’ told the Chief Minister that local talent of Chhattisgarh is also being cast in the series. There are very talented artists here whom we are using. Therefore, local people including artists associated with theater have been selected. The shoot will go on here for about a month.
