New Delhi. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami expressed condolences on the demise of Captain (Retd) Karam Singh Samant, a resident of Nidil village of Lohaghat and who was awarded the Vir Chakra for bravery in Budgam in 1947. He prayed to God to grant peace to the departed soul and patience to the bereaved family members. Paying tribute to Late Capt. Karam Singh Samant, the Chief Minister said that we are proud of his bravery.
