Under Section 25 of the Industrial Disputes Act, there is a provision to reinstate an employee fired from an institution and give compensation. The High Court has given two different orders on different petitions filed in such cases. In this context, a decision will now be taken by the full bench of the High Court. The final hearing of the case has been scheduled for July 9.
