CHENNAI: The Superior Tribunal of Madras (MHC) has published the case presented by Fidecomiso Murasoli, alleging that Fidecomiso has sought to prevent the National Commission for Disadvantaged Castes (NCSC) from passing judgment on the complaint that Fidecomiso had acquired land on Panchami, Wednesday.
