The accused had defrauded a total of Rs 7,29,989. On May 7, the applicant came to Bodhghat police station and lodged a report that between 16/08/23 to 13/09/23, the applicant identified himself as Naveen Chawla, giving his car on rent to the Ministry of Raipur and meeting the officials of the Ministry. A total of Rs 7,29,989/- was taken on different dates by luring the applicant by pretending to have identity and luring him to get a job in the post of Legal Assistant. Have been cheated.
