Raigarh. Raigarh. A road accident has occurred in Raigarh district of Chhattisgarh. In which a woman died due to a massive collision and crushing of a Masda vehicle. Her husband was injured. The incident is of Gharghoda police station area. According to the information received, Kartikeshwar Agariya, 39 years old, who lives in village Banai of Gharghoda police station area, works as a daily wage laborer. On Friday, Kartikeshwar went to Central Bank Gharghoda with his wife Nidravati Agariya to withdraw money.
When money was not withdrawn from his wife’s account, Kartikeshwar bought ration items from the money he had. After this, Kartikeshwar was returning home with his wife sitting behind him on the scooter. When the husband and wife reached the main road in front of Gayatri temple between village Rengalbahari and Barkaspali at around 4:45 in the evening, the driver of the red Masda vehicle number CG 13 AJ 8266 coming from behind, while driving fast and carelessly, hit the scooter fiercely.
Due to this both of them fell down and the wheel of the Masda vehicle crushed Nidravati’s leg. This caused a lot of bleeding and both were seriously injured. After the incident a large crowd of people gathered around. After this the police was informed about the matter. The police immediately took the injured to Gharghoda hospital. Where after initial treatment the doctors declared Nidravati dead. After committing the incident the Masda vehicle ran away leaving it there. On receiving information about the matter the police have registered a crime against the accused and started further investigation.
