Mahasamund. A person was attacked on his head and unconscious in Station Road behind Pincha Dharamshala in Mahasamund and his mobile was stolen. A complaint has been lodged with the police. Narayan Bahadur, a resident of Mahasamund, told the police that he works as an iron welder. His family consists of his wife Kalyani Devi and daughter Bindu Kshatriya, who sleep in a separate room. Narayan said that on July 15, 2024, at around 10:50 pm, he went out of his room to urinate and went to the washroom.
And when he came back to his room from the washroom, an unknown person entered his room and suddenly hit him on the back of his head with an unknown object, causing an injury due to which Narayan fell unconscious due to bleeding. Narayan told that when he regained consciousness at about 1:00 in the night, he saw that his Android mobile phone worth around Rs. 5,000 in working condition had been stolen by some unknown person. After seeing the mobile he informed his wife and daughter and showed them the same night he searched for the accused in the vicinity. Since he could not be traced the applicant has lodged a complaint in the police.
