CG: Loco pilot beaten by wife, FIR lodged

Bilaspur. Bilaspur. In Bilaspur, the assistant loco pilot of the railway was beaten up by his wife. It is alleged that the wife beat him with hands and fists and scratched him with nails for not taking him to the hospital. She also threatened to implicate him in a false case. After which she went to her maternal home with the child. In this case, the police have registered a case against the wife on the report of the husband without investigation. Due to which questions are being raised on the action of the police. The matter is of Civil Line police station area. Actually, Dileshwar Tondar, a resident of Jarhabhatha, is a loco pilot in the railways. He was married to Akanksha Tondar in the year 2022. After which their daughter was born, who is now two years old. The loco pilot told the police that his wife does not work at home. She quarrels over every small thing every day.

Earlier also, he had lodged a complaint in this matter at Torwa police station. On the morning of March 8, at around 11:30 am, Akanksha was unwell, on which she asked her husband to take her to the hospital. During this time the loco pilot husband was cooking food. He said that he would take her to the hospital after cooking the food. Meanwhile his wife took out money from her purse and started going to the hospital herself. When the railway employee asked her to accompany him, the wife started abusing him in the courtyard of the house. When he protested, wife Akanksha attacked him with hands and punches and scratched him with her nails. She also bit his arm with her teeth. During this Akanksha called her family members and started threatening to kill him and implicate him in a false case. After which she left the house with her daughter and went to her maternal home with her aunt’s son Vicky.
