Bhilai. Kamlesh Kumar Deshmukh (53), a resident of Arya Nagar Kohka in Smriti Nagar police station area of Bhilai, committed suicide by hanging himself in his house. He has also left a suicide note. The police have taken down the body from the noose and sent it for post-mortem. Smriti Nagar police station in-charge Purshottam Kurre said that Kamlesh was a driver by profession. He lived in a joint family. His wife, two sons, elder brother’s family and parents live in the house. He reached home at 10 pm on July 17. He had dinner and then went to sleep in his room.
When the family members woke him up at 6 am, he did not wake up. When there was no response from inside after calling him a lot, they peeped inside and saw that he was hanging from a noose made with his wife’s saree. After this, they informed the police. A suicide note has been found near the deceased. In it, he has written that he is committing suicide by himself. He is taking such a step due to physical problems. For this, his family members should not be harassed. Police is investigating the matter.
