District Malaria Officer Dr. V.P. Singh informed that the MDA program will run from February 10 to February 28, 2025. From February 10 to February 14, medicine will be administered to the beneficiaries by setting up booths in Anganwadi, school, college and various institutions. From 15 February to 25 February, Mitanin and Anganwadi workers will go door to door to distribute and administer medicines. From 26 to 28 February, the missed individuals will be administered the medicines under the mop-up round. Under the program, DEC, Albendazole, and Ivermectin tablets will be given according to age. For this, Mitanins and Anganwadi workers will be given special training.
