Bijapur. A 10-year-old innocent child has been hit by an IED in Chhattisgarh’s Bijapur district. His leg has been blown to pieces by the blast. On receiving this information, CRPF personnel reached the spot and after first aid, he has been referred to the district hospital. It is being told that the Naxalites had planted IED to harm the soldiers. The matter is of Gangalur police station area of the district. Actually, the Naxalites had planted pressure IED between Mudvendi and Pidia.
On Saturday, Hidma Kawasi (10) of Patelpara had gone to graze goats. During this time, his eye came on an IED near Murumpara and there was a huge explosion. His leg was blown to pieces in this incident. Hearing the sound of the blast, other villagers present nearby also reached there. Who immediately picked him up from the spot and took him home. CRPF personnel got information about this after some time. The soldiers reached the innocent’s house where he was given first aid. After this, the soldiers immediately referred the injured to Bijapur District Hospital, where his treatment is going on. It is being told that the soldiers are also conducting a search operation in the area.
