Jashpur. District Panchayat CEO Abhishek Kumar inspected the verification work of Mahtari Vandan Yojana application going on in Sanna. It is noteworthy that Mahtari Vandan Yojana has been implemented with the aim of promoting women empowerment. The process of filling applications under the scheme is going on. There is a lot of enthusiasm among the women of Jashpur district regarding this scheme. Under this scheme, every married woman above 21 years of age who is a local resident of Chhattisgarh will be given Rs 12000 annually (Rs 1000 per month). Whose offline and online application registration is going on from 05 February 2024. Under the scheme, forms are being filled by all married, divorced and widowed women above 21 years of age in the district.
Its last date is 20 February 2024. Camps are being organized across the district to fill the forms at Panchayat and Anganwadi level. A large crowd of women is gathering in the camps.
