Balasore: In a bus accident in Balasore district of Odisha on Saturday, there has been a miraculous escape for as many as 50 passengers. Reports say that, a passenger bus named ‘Dakshayani’ lost control and hit the divider on the side of the road near Indira road on National Highway No. 60 under Basta Police Station in Balasore.
It was a close shave for more than 50 passengers in the bus accident in Balasore. According to information, a private bus named ‘Dakshayani’ was carrying passengers late last night. On the way to Calcutta at around midnight, the bus lost control and hit the divider on the side of the road near Indira road, but no passenger was injured in the accident.
It is believed that all the bus passengers have returned from the spot after the accident. Police and National Highway Patrol vans arrived at the spot and are investigating the incident after sending the passengers in another bus to their destination. Detailed reports awaited.
