According to the police, Rajan Aspiliya lodged a report in the Range Cyber Police Station Raipur that in October 2023, he was searching for work from home on YouTube, fraud case, during that time he saw an ad regarding medical representative in which it was written that twenty thousand jobs are free of cost by Pharma Health Academy Head, in which the applicant talked to Shiv Sahu, who is the franchise head, from the given mobile numbers 83195-11400 and 99101-03088, after which he talked to their CEO Suresh Kunti Singh, who told himself to be from Delhi, next to the head office U-197, third floor Shankarpur Satarpur Laxmi Nagar in Delhi and he took the applicant’s biodata and asked him to manage the opening of the medical representative franchise. chhattisgarh
chhattisgarh news On which the applicant agreed for Raipur center and asked for payment of Rs 6,00,000/- to open a model center and when talked to their CEO Suresh Kunti, he saw the applicant’s 45 years of experience in the pharma industry in the biodata and considering his experience, he offered to open a regional office for the entire Chhattisgarh and become the head, not just for the Raipur region. On which the applicant deposited a total of Rs 14,30,000/- in the accounts mentioned by him on different dates and installments to get the franchise, that the applicant was given an agreement in e-stamp by giving the franchise. The applicant opened a center in Orange Heights Mowa on 01.11.2023 but not a single admission was done by him nor was a sub-center opened in other districts. The applicant’s office in Mowa Centre was opened and ready, in which staff expenses, electricity and other expenses are being borne by him, the franchise fee and center opening and management rent were paid by the applicant. Meanwhile, the applicant kept talking to Shiv Sahu and kept getting only assurances. Similarly, Shiv Sahu and Suresh Kunti Singh cheated the applicant of lakhs of rupees. On which, crime number 02/24 section 420, 34 IPC was registered against the accused in Range Cyber Police Station Raipur. In cyber related crime, Cyber Police Station Raipur has been directed by Mr. Inspector General of Police, Raipur to trace and arrest the accused. On which, as per the instructions of Senior Superintendent of Police, Raipur, under the guidance of Additional Superintendent of Police Crime Raipur and Deputy Superintendent of Police Crime Raipur, the team of Range Cyber Police Station started to trace the accused.
