His 18-year-old son Satyam had come to Amriya area with his three friends on 21 February. He had fallen into the dam while making a reel on mobile at Pauta Dam situated on Pareva Vaishya Marg. Since then the search for him was going on.
Apart from the divers, the PAC team was also searching for the youth with the help of a motor boat. Four days later, on Sunday morning, the body of the youth was found in the Apsara river near village Nisra in Jehanabad area. The body was stuck in the bushes on the river bank. The villagers passing by the river noticed the dead body. Police were informed about this.
Jehanabad Inspector Mukesh Shukla reached the spot with the police force. Since Amaria Police was searching for the youth who drowned in the dam for many days. In such a situation, Amaria Police was also informed. The body was taken out with the help of villagers. Family members had also come to the spot. After which he was identified as Satyam.
