Bilaspur. The accused of murdering a youth in Bilaspur for selling liquor worth Rs. 120 for Rs. 250 has been arrested in Bihar. The incident occurred two months ago. The accused was absconding after the incident. Police arrested him from Bihar. The incident occurred in the Sirgitti police station area.
It is reported that criminals selling illegal liquor, along with their associates, attacked two youths with wooden sticks. The attackers chased and beat the youths, resulting in the death of one youth, while the other escaped by running away.
In fact, Kishan Yadav (19), a resident of Karbala in the City Kotwali area, had gone to attend the Lutra Urs on the night of October 12th with his friend Sahil Sonkar, a resident of Dayalband. Returning from the event, the two youths returned to the city around 3 am. Sahil expressed his desire to drink alcohol. They then went to a liquor shop in the Tifra vegetable market to purchase liquor illegally. Sahil Sahu was selling liquor illegally at the scene.
