BJP releases list of Lok Sabha election candidates for 14 more seats of Tamil Nadu, Puducherry

The BJP on Friday announced its Lok Sabha election candidates for 14 seats in Tamil Nadu and the lone seat in Puducherry.

It has fielded A Namasivayam, a minister in the Puducherry government from the Union Territory.
The party on Thursday announced its candidates for nine Lok Sabha seats.
Among allies, the party has allotted 10 seats to Dr Ramadoss-led Pattali Makkal Katchi (PMK), while a few seats have been given to some smaller allies.

The BJP on Thursday fielded its Tamil Nadu president K Annamalai from Coimbatore and Union minister L Murugan from Nilgiris.
It nominated former Telangana Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan from the Chennai South seat and former Union Minister Pon Radhakrishnan from Kanniyakumari, which he had represented in 2014.
