Bengaluru: PM Modi inaugurates BIETC in Bengaluru

Bengaluru: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday inaugurated the Boeing India Technology and Engineering Center (BIETC) at Bhattara Marenahalli near Devanahalli, a rural district in Bengaluru.

BIETC was built on a 43-acre campus with a capital of Rs 1.600 million.

It said the new Boeing campus at Devanahalli near Bengaluru International Airport, a high-technology aerospace park, is the largest Boeing installation outside the United States.

Officials said Boeing’s new campus in India will serve as a cornerstone for collaboration with India’s vibrant ecosystem of startups, private and government, to develop next-generation products and services for the global aerospace and defense industry. Will get help. ,

Prime Minister Modi also launched the Boeing Sukanya program aimed at empowering women in aviation in India.
