BDR Pharmaceuticals, known for its expertise in manufacturing pharmaceutical APIs and new age formulations, is hosting a T20 cricket tournament. It is being joined by eight leading pharmaceutical companies including Sun Pharma, Amy Lifesciences, Lupine Limited, Mepro Pharmaceuticals, Apothecon Pharmaceuticals, Sudeep Pharma and Shiva Pharmachem. The tournament, which runs from April 8 to 30, was inaugurated by BDR director Raheel Shah, CMD Dharmesh Shah and co-founder Binita Shah and presided over by Jaydrathsinh Parmar, member of the Gujarat Legislative Assembly.
The matches are being held at the Sangram Singh Gaikwad Sports Academy Cricket Ground in Vadodara, a venue recognized by the Baroda Cricket Association. The MLA attended the post-match function, where he presented awards to the top two players in the Sun Pharma vs Mepro Pharmaceuticals and Amy Lifesciences vs BDR Pharmaceuticals games.
Commenting on the event, Parmar said, “I thoroughly enjoyed the matches. The energy level and team spirit displayed by the teams today was remarkable. I would like to congratulate the Man of the Match winners, the teams and the companies participating in this great initiative. Am.”
