1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp black salt or regular salt
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp garam masala (optional)
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
How to make Non Fried Masala Banana Chips – Firstly, peel the raw bananas and cut them into thin slices using a mandolin slicer or a sharp knife.
- Now add the slices to a bowl filled with water mixed with turmeric powder so that they do not turn brown. Let them soak for about 10 minutes, then drain the water and pat dry with a clean kitchen towel.
- Now in a large mixing bowl, combine the oil, red chili powder, chaat masala, black salt, cumin powder, garam masala and coriander powder. Then add the dried banana slices to the bowl and mix well so that they are evenly coated in the masala mixture.
