Balodabazar police raided Bhilai, picked up 5 people involved in violence
Bhilai: After the arrest of Bhilai MLA Devendra Yadav in the Balodabazar violence case, Balodabazar police again raided several houses. Police arrested 5 people living in Khursipar area and took them along. It is being told that all five accused were involved in the incident. All have been sent to judicial custody.
According to the information, about 12 police vehicles led by Balodabazar ASP Abhishek Singh reached Bhilai on Thursday night. As soon as he reached Bhilai, he sought force from the Durg Superintendent of Police. After this, ASP Sukhnandan Rathore sent Cantonment and Khursipar police to the spot. He himself reached there during the action.
After taking local police force from Khursipar police station area, Balodabazar police reached directly in Milavatpara area of Khursipar. Here the police raided the house of Yogesh Naurange, Dinesh Bandhe, Hemant Khunte, Avinath Khunte and Laxman Sonawani and arrested them. During this time people tried to create an atmosphere against the police, but the police force was so large that no one could do anything.
