Auto driver told police everything in UPSC student’s murder case

Bilaspur. In the murder case of Ambikapur student Yash Sahu, who was preparing for UPSC in Bilaspur, the police have finally identified the auto driver who dropped him. The driver told the police that the student was forced to sit in the auto. He was vomiting repeatedly on the way, which disturbed other passengers, then he dropped him on the roadside near Gumber petrol pump.

Here, the relatives of the student have accused the police of confusing the matter on the pretext of investigation. Also questioned that the car which was seized by the police. Why no action has been taken against its owner. Police have identified the auto driver who took student Yash Sahu from High Court Chowk after examining more than 50 CCTV footage and questioning more than 200 auto drivers. His name is Shivprasad Yadav (32) alias Rahul father Manbodhi Yadav and is a resident of Khamhariya in Sakri area. He told the police that he was coming to Bilaspur with a ride, when a young man was forced to sit in an auto by another boy at Chhatauna turn.

At the same time, after sitting in the auto, the student was vomiting repeatedly, seeing which his other passengers were worried and were pressurizing him to get down considering him as a drunkard. So, he dropped the youth on the roadside near Gumber Petrol Pump. Police have seized the auto (number CG 10 T 4233) and are questioning the driver.
