Bhubaneswar: Current reports confirm the ongoing auction of Nirman Soudh Chief Engineer (Building) office property in Bhubaneswar, as announced on Friday.
According to available information, the auction proceedings were initiated following directives issued by the Bhubaneswar Senior Division Sub-Judge. The auction pertains to pending bills amounting to Rs. 18 lakh attributed to the contractor, resulting in the auction of the Nirman Soudh Chief Engineer (Building) office property in Bhubaneswar.
The auction is being conducted under the supervision of court officials. The decision to proceed with the auction stemmed from a lawsuit filed by Dinesh Pathak, a contractor associated with Construction India. Notably, the Nirman Soudh Chief Engineer had previously requested time from the Court on April 29. The lawsuit was initiated back in 1998 subsequent to the construction of the ‘Natala building’ in Bhubaneswar.
As per reliable sources, the Bhubaneswar Senior Division Sub-Judge arrived at this decision due to the purported inaction on the part of the Nirman Soudh Chief Engineer (Building). These developments highlight the ongoing legal proceedings associated with this case.
