Santesh Mishra, who lives in Lalkhadan, is a field officer in Hitachi Payment Service. His company takes care of the ATMs of Bank of India. The bank management and the institutions that take care of ATMs are being negligent about security. Usually, banks have sirens installed along with ATMs. So that, if there is any kind of theft or vandalism or arson, the siren starts ringing automatically. But, the bank was not informed about this incident of breaking the ATM. In such a situation, flaws have come to the fore regarding security.
