Sanaa: The US-British military coalition carried out two airstrikes on Houthi military targets in Yemen’s Red Sea port city of Hodeidah. Local residents and media gave this information. Residents said on the social media platform X on Friday that Houthi mobile missile launchers were attacked in the west of the city. The alliance has not yet commented, Xinhua news agency reported. It is the latest attack on Houthi targets after the Houthis began attacking international commercial ships in the Red Sea and Gulf of Aden in November.
On Thursday, Houthi leader Abdulmalik al-Houthi vowed to launch more missile attacks on American and British ships passing through the Red Sea. In a televised address broadcast on Al-Masirah TV, he said that until Israel stops attacks in the Ghazi Strip, it will also continue attacking American and British ships. It is noteworthy that so far many American, British and European ships have been damaged in the Houthi attack.
