Atrocity in Palnadu District: Thugs Kill Brothers with Hunting Machetes

Amaravati: A brutal incident took place in Agigoppala village of Durgi mandal in Palnadu district. Two brothers, who were TDP sympathizers, were hacked to death with hunting axes by unidentified persons. The details of the incident that took place on Sunday midnight are as follows. Two brothers named Kotha Hanumanthu and Kotha Srirammurthy were hunted down and killed.

Srirammurthy was brutally killed near the Ammavari temple and Hanuman in the middle of the village. The police reached the spot and started an investigation. Meanwhile, Palnadu District In-charge Gottipati Ravikumar responded to these murders and spoke to the District SP. He ordered that the accused be arrested immediately and severely punished and steps should be taken to prevent such incidents from happening again.
