Raipur. Today is the last day of the winter session of Chhattisgarh. Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai replied to the supplementary proposal. CM Sai said, at the age of 10, my father’s shadow was gone from my head, but I will not shy away from dedicating my all for the betterment of every citizen of Chhattisgarh.

We have started work towards providing tap water to every house. A provision of Rs 1 thousand 230 crore has been made under the state share. An additional provision of Rs 1,102 crore has been made in the supplementary budget for Krishak Jeevan Jyoti Yojana. A state share provision of Rs 255 crore 25 lakh has been made for central health schemes. There are provisions beneficial for every section in the manifesto of our government.

Modi’s guarantee includes a guarantee of providing permanent housing to about 18 lakh rural families of the state, hence our government is making arrangements for it. We have made a provision of Rs 3 thousand 7 hundred 99 crore for rural housing in this supplementary budget. The demand to make Chhattisgarh a separate state had been going on for years. The state of Chhattisgarh was created by Bharat Ratna revered Atal Bihari Vajpayee ji so that the dreams of the people of Chhattisgarh could be fulfilled. A provision of Rs 3800 crore was made in the second supplement for payment of outstanding paddy bonus for 2 years to the farmers. We have made provision for Mahtari Vandan Yojana to empower women and provide them financial support. A provision of Rs 1200 crore has been made in the second supplementary budget to provide financial assistance in this.
