Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has been unveiled at CES 2024 and the company has announced prices for the US and European markets. The company has now announced the prices of the smartphone in India. The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro was unveiled alongside the ROG Phone 8. In India, Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro will be sold on the company’s official website as well as Vijay Sales. However, we are yet to hear about the launch date of the smartphone in India.
Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro is available in single color option – Black. It has been introduced in two storage variants. The 16GB RAM + 512GB storage and 24GB RAM + 1 TB storage variants are priced at Rs 94,999 and Rs 1,19,999 respectively. The 24GB RAM variant is called Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro Edition and includes the ROG AeroActive Cooler X in the box. This device is also available separately for Rs 5,999.
The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro runs on the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC and offers Android 14 onboard. The device offers a 6.78” FullHD+ LTPO AMOLED display. Users get 165Hz refresh rate in the smartphone. The device has a 5500 mAh battery with 65W wired charging. In India we get 30W wired charging support.
On the back of the device, the smartphone offers a 341 mini-LED matrix. The rear camera is a triple camera setup and offers a 50MP primary camera. Other cameras on the device include a 32MP telephoto lens and a 13MP ultrawide lens. The front camera is a 32MP lens and can be used for selfies and making video calls.
Talking about Asus ROG Phone 8, it is basically Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro but without the rear LED. Instead of this, Asus RGB logo is found at the back. The smartphone is available in two color options – Rebel Gray and Phantom Black. It has up to 16GB RAM and 256GB storage.
