Assam’s Purnakanta Medhi goes missing while traveling to Bengaluru; family distressed.

Assam: An elderly man hailing from Baghara in Assam‘s Morigaon district has gone missing while traveling to Bengaluru for work, causing deep distress to his family.
The missing individual has been identified as Purnakanta Medhi. According to his family, he had boarded a train bound for Bengaluru from Assam in search of employment. However, during the journey, he reportedly disembarked at an unidentified railway station and has been missing ever since.
On March 14, Medhi called his family from the Rajamahendravaram railway station in Andhra Pradesh, using someone else’s mobile phone. He informed his family that he would be returning home soon. Since that phone call, the family has been unable to establish any further contact with him.
Despite extensive searching, the family has been unable to obtain any information regarding his whereabouts.
