Ashoka Biryani owner Krishnakant Tiwari in judicial custody till May 4

Raipur. Krishnakant Tiwari, owner of Ashoka Biryani in Raipur, was presented in the court. KK Tiwari was presented in the case of death of two youths. The court sent KK Tiwari to judicial custody till May 4. After the death of 2 employees in Raipur’s Biryani, the police has arrested Ashoka Biryani owner Krishnakant Tiwari in the case. In the case, the police said that in the incident that took place at Hotel Ashoka Biryani, crime number 291/24 of Telibandha police station, section 304,34 of the Indian Penal Code. The main accused and hotel operator Krishnakant Tiwari has been arrested. Two other accused in the case, Romina Mandal and Rohit Chandra, who are currently lodged in jail and after their release, have been arrested in the case. A day after the incident, massive demonstrations took place on Friday also.

Meanwhile, late in the evening, the family members kept both the bodies at the door of the hotel and raised slogans. Both of them died while cleaning gutters at Biryani located on GE Road in Telibandha police station area. In this case, the protesters say that this death is not an incident, but the management has committed murder. Police force has also been deployed at the spot, but the people present there are angry. The protesters say that the police have sold themselves for half a biryani and one-sided action has been taken on the basis of the statements given by the hotel management people. There are also reports of hotel managers changing the post mortem report. The protesters have said that some small-time Congress leader is trying hard to save the hotel staff and management.
