Lalpur-Pakaria | Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi is coming to Lalpur and Pakaria in Shahdol district on 27th June. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will conclude the Veerangana Rani Durgavati Gaurav Yatra at the huge tribal conference organized in Lalpur and will launch the National Sickle Cell Anemia Eradication Campaign. In village Pakaria, Prime Minister Modi will interact with football players, beneficiaries of PESA Act, millionaire sisters of self-help groups and Will communicate with the heads of the tribal community. Preparations are being made on a war footing at both the venue. Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan reached Lalpur/Pakariya of Shahdol today on a short stay.
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan visited both the program venues and took stock of the preparations. Giving instructions to the officers on the occasion, the Chief Minister said that the Prime Minister is coming to the area, keeping in view of which all preparations should be ensured. The visit of Prime Minister Shri Modi is a matter of pride for the state. There should be no stone unturned in the program of the Prime Minister. Keeping in view the possibility of rain, ensure all the arrangements, so that there is no disturbance in the program even in rain. Make proper arrangements for the seating of distinguished persons and common people at the program venue. Prime Minister Shri Modi will interact with the self-help group’s sisters in Pakaria.
Ensure all arrangements for this as well. The Prime Minister will relish the dishes made from Shree Anna along with the tribal community brothers in a special banquet organized under the Millet Mission. Make arrangements for this also. The Chief Minister also gave instructions to the officials regarding security. At the time of inspection, Food Minister Mr. Bisahulal Singh, Tribal Affairs Minister Ms. Meena Singh, Minister in-charge of the district and Minister of State for Rural Development Mr. Ram Khelawan Patel, MP Mrs. Himadri Singh, MLA Mr. Jai Singh Maravi, MLA Mrs. Manisha Singh local public representative, Divisional Commissioner Shahdol Rajeev Kumar Sharma, Commissioner Public Relations Mr. Manish Singh, Collector Mrs. Vandana Vaidya and other officers were present.
