Apple is apparently getting ready to launch a remodeled entry-level MacBook Pro, in addition to the iPad Pro line of products refreshed in the first half of next year.
Even though the company has not issued an official announcement to corroborate these efforts, the latest rumor implies that Apple is indeed developing both products, while also working on the forthcoming M7 chip.
The company is testing four distinct iPad Pro models and designing a redesigned 14-inch base model of the MacBook Pro.
However, these intentions may still evolve as supply shortages regarding Apple’s silicon and memory continue to affect the company.
The upgraded iPad Pro versions, said to be launching with the existing screen dimensions of 11 and 13 inches, might focus on hardware and performance enhancements instead of the dramatic remodeling that has long been rumored.
There has been speculation in the past that Apple will adopt touchscreen display and Dynamic Island like cutouts for their future Macbooks.
We still need to confirm if these display specifications apply to the remodeled entry-level MacBook Pro. It is believed that the company already finalized development for a yet another MacBook Pro entry-level model, named J804, that is slated for release later this year, retaining the old design, with an entry M6 processor.
Other devices Apple plans to unveil in the first half of 2027 includes a second-gen iPhone Air, an iPhone 18 entry level version and an improved Apple Watch.
We anticipate 2027 will become one of Apple’s largest product launch years.
