Another liquor coach caught again in Gudhiyari

Raipur. On the directions of Senior Superintendent of Police Santosh Kumar Singh, a special campaign against drugs is being run by the police under the Nijaat Abhiyan. In this connection, the police had received information from an informer that a person had kept liquor for illegal sale near Khalbada Gappu Auto Center under Gudhiyari police station area. Based on the information, under the guidance of senior officers, police station in-charge Gudhiyari was instructed to verify the information and take action. On the information of the informer, a raid was conducted at the place mentioned.

Accused Raju Tandi, father Jagdish Tandi, age 26 years, Sakin Jagannath Chowk Khalbada, near police station Gudhiyari Raipur was found to contain 20 paua of country liquor (masala liquor), on which 20 paua of country liquor (masala liquor) worth Rs. 2200/- were found in the possession of accused Raju Tandi. Sale amount of Rs 220/- was seized and crime no. registered against the accused in police station Gudhiyari. 380/2024 An offense under Section 34(1)B Excise Act was registered and action was taken.
