Tirumala: Providing tasty and hygienic food at reasonable prices to pilgrims visiting Tirumala is the aim of TTD, said TTD Executive Officer J Shyamala Rao. As a part of departmental review at Gokulam Rest House on Friday, the EO discussed in detail with JEO Veerabrahmam on the big and Janata hotels in Tirumala. He sought suggestions from Indian Culinary Institute faculty Chaleswara Rao and Taj Hotel GM Chowdhary on how to take on branded hotels by providing best quality food at low prices. Earlier, Tirumala Estate Special Officer Mallikarjuna explained about the hotels in Tirumala through a power point presentation. Annaprasadam Deputy EO Rajendra, Catering Special Officer Shastri and others were also present on the occasion. The TTD EO also held a review meeting with Jio team along with temple staff on various IT services and organic prasadam provided in TTD. Jio team representatives Moshin Abbas, Vijay Kumar, Manjeet, GM Transport Shesha Reddy, IT Manager Nadamuni, Tirumala Temple Deputy EO Loknatham and Pottu workers were present on the occasion.
