Raipur. Under the call and guidance of Dr. Pranab Pandya, head of All World Gayatri Parivar, with the resolution of welfare of all, global peace, environmental promotion and protection, purification of environment, building of a strong nation, ideological excellence, destruction of distortions prevailing in the society. And with the aim and resolve to promote good tendencies and to make India strong, powerful and a world leader again, on the day of Buddha Purnima, a Yagya was performed by Gayatri family members simultaneously in 24 lakh houses of the country and many houses abroad. Zone Coordinator of Gayatri Parivar Chhattisgarh, Adarsh Verma and District Coordinator Lachchuram Nishad said that this effort is being made by Gayatri Parivar for the last 8 years at the collective level to fulfill the above resolutions. This program has been organized from 23 to 26 May in the state of Chhattisgarh. A resolution has been taken to conduct Yagya in 02 lakh houses/establishments/social institutions/temples of the state. Yagya was performed in more than 11 thousand places in Raipur district.
Special offerings of Veda Mantra Gayatri, Mahamrityunjaya Mantra and Surya Mantra were made in the Yagya. Media in-charge of Gayatri Parivar Raipur, Pragya Prakash Nigam and Amit Doye told that the Honorable Chief Minister of the state, Shri Vishnu Dev Sai ji also participated in this event and performed the Yagya at the Chief Minister’s residence. He participated in the Yagya with his family and offered oblations along with Vedic mantras and wished for a happy and prosperous life of the people of the state. Along with the residence of many public representatives, there are various types of social service organizations and temples located in Raipur, mainly Sadhvi Vibhamuni Foundation, Shridham Spiritual Service Institute, Geetanjali Nagar, Jagriti Mandal (RSS), Pandari, Vishwa Hindu Parishad Pandari, Boriyakhurd. Yagya was performed in Shri Ram Mandir Committee and Shiv Mandir Committee, Jagannath Temple Avanti Vihar, Ram Mandir Telibandha, Mahamaya Temple, Kali Mandir Akashvani Chowk, and many other temples.
