Ahmedabad: Complaint of fraud of 3.51 lakh filed against Mahathug Kiran Patel, court approves remand till April 18
Mahathug Kiran Patel was produced in the court on Saturday after his remand was completed. Even before being produced in the court, another complaint has been registered against him in the crime branch. A complaint has been lodged for defrauding the owner of the event company of Rs 3.51 lakh by pretending to be an officer of the PMO. Kiran Patel was interrogated on remand. While different cases are registered against Kiran in Ahmedabad, Byd, Jammu and Kashmir. Every aspect of Kiran Patel case is being investigated. On demanding more remand in the court, the court has approved the remand till 3 pm on April 18.

Another complaint has been filed in the crime branch against the thug Kiran Patel. Kiran Patel had asked Hardik Chandarana, the owner of the event company, to get the work done for the event, saying that he was an officer of the PMO. He called the owner of the event company and said that I want to give you the work of a big event. After this he personally went to the prosecutor’s office and said that I am currently working in PMO office and I have been given the responsibility of development of Kashmir. I will get you the task of organizing a big medical conference in Kashmir. Due to which the owners of the event got ready for it.
Rs 3.51 lakh was spent from the owner of the event company
After that Kiran Patel told the owner of the event company that he was going to organize a medical conference in Kashmir from February 8 to 10. According to him, the complainant had already booked flight and hotel for Srinagar. Whose estimated cost was Rs 1.60 lakh. Kiran also showed the complainant the venue of the event in Kashmir. Then he spent 1.91 lakhs by showing his visiting card at Hyatt Hotel under the banner of G-20 Summit that he is a PMO official. By doing this, he had spent a total of Rs 3.51 lakh to the owner of the event company.
Another complaint has been filed with the crime branch
Event company owner Hardik Chandarana has filed a complaint against Kiran Patel in the crime branch. In which he has alleged that Kiran made him spend an estimated Rs 3.51 lakh in the name of getting him the work of organizing and cheated him by not returning the money. The possibility of involvement of many big people in Kiran Patel’s exploits one after the other cannot be ruled out.
