Collector Dr. Gaurav Singh today inspected the District Women and Child Development Office, Employment Office, Municipal Corporation and District Hospital Pandri and checked the attendance register of the employees. He took information about the absent employees and directed to take action against the employees who were absent without information.
After this, Municipal Corporation Administrator and Collector Dr. Singh also inspected the Municipal Corporation office and went to the data center and took information about online attendance from the Nishtha app. Also, strict instructions were given to the concerned officials to ensure timely attendance of the employees. All the employees were called in the meeting room, attendance was checked, the employees entered in the Nishtha app were cross checked. Dr. Singh said that in any case, come to the office at 10 am in the morning and do not leave the office before 5:30 pm, otherwise the salary will be deducted. Also, name plates should be put on everyone’s table, so that everyone can be identified. In the meeting, the Collector took information about the problem from the employees. Also, took suggestions from the employee to improve the arrangement of the corporation office. Also asked to take special care of cleanliness in the offices. The beneficiaries visiting the office should be treated well and their problems should be heard sensitively and efforts should be made to resolve them. He said that all employees should come wearing helmets and those coming in cars should wear seat belts. Dr Singh said that a meeting will be held every Friday evening and the problems of the employees will be heard. The collector also directed to provide identity cards to all the employees. After this, the collector reached the district hospital located in Pandri. Where he said that all the doctors should reach on time and treat the patients coming to the hospital properly and inquired about the availability of reagents in the Hummer Lab and said that it should be ensured that the patients coming here are tested properly. On this occasion, Municipal Corporation Commissioner Mr. Abinash Mishra and District Panchayat CEO Mr. Vishwadeep were present.
