Adnan Khan’s character tries to overcome childhood trauma in ‘Katha Ankahi’

Mumbai (IANS) | Actor Adnan Khan’s character Viaan in ‘Katha Unkahi’ has transformed into a man who understands and accepts his mistake. During the course of the show, he also tries to recover from his childhood trauma. For the actor, this character is his most challenging role till date.

He said: Anger, hurt, remorse, acceptance, transformation – there are so many emotions and layers to this role. Viaan’s grit and love for Katha have forced her to face the fact that a miracle could happen in Katha’s life, but whether she will trust the magic of new beginnings remains to be seen.

He also shared what he likes most about the acting profession. He said that being an actor has given him the opportunity to feel a variety of emotions which he would not have felt otherwise.

This is something that I find really rewarding about my work, he added. Plus, the creativity involved in creating such complex emotional scenes sometimes leads to unexpected moments and experiences for me as a human being.

Katha Unkahi airs Monday to Friday on Sony Entertainment Television.
