Additional Collector heard the problems and complaints of the general public in Jandarshan

On the instructions of Collector Richa Prakash Chaudhary, today Additional Collector Bajrang Dubey met the common people who reached the weekly Jandarshan program organized in the meeting hall of the district office and heard their problems. He listened to the problems of all the people who reached the Jandarshan seriously and asked the concerned departments to take immediate action and take necessary initiatives for proper solution and redressal. 103 applications were received today in Jandarshan.

Village Borsi residents applied for installation of electricity pole in ward number-52. He told that temporarily living is being done by connecting electricity from a pole located far away. Permanent connection is not being available due to no electricity pole in the ward. There are both kutcha and pucca houses in the ward. Due to darkness in the ward at night, the residents of the ward have to face problems in commuting. On this, the Additional Collector asked the concerned department to take necessary action.

A complaint was made about encroachment by traders and residents in all three school premises of Government High School Camp-02 Bhilai, Government High School Navin Pra.Shala Camp-02 and Bal Mandir Camp-02 Bhilai. On this, the Additional Collector asked the Tehsildar Durg to inspect and take necessary action.

The councilor demanded to post a doctor in the sub-health center located in ward number-33 Santoshi Para Camp 2 Bhilai. Due to the transfer of the doctor present in the sub-health center a year ago, no other doctor has been posted at the said place, due to which the residents of the ward and pregnant women have to face problems for vaccination and other treatments. There is always a constant flow of patients in the sub-health center. On this, the Additional Collector asked the Chief Medical Officer to take necessary action. During Jan Darshan, various applications were received for Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, financial assistance, compassionate appointment, road repair, ration card, illegal occupation and others. The concerned officers were asked to take necessary action on all these applications.
