Ahmedabad: Adani Total Gas Limited (ATGL) on Monday reported its third quarter results for FY25. The company’s income from operations grew 12 per cent to Rs 1,397 crore in the October-December period.
ATGL said in a statement that the company’s 9-month EBITDA in the current financial year was Rs 893 crore, which is 6 per cent higher on a year-on-year basis. Suresh P Manglani, ED and CEO of ATGL, said, “ATGL has maintained its growth momentum. Along with this, it has focused on a customer-centric approach. It has delivered a strong operational performance with volume growth of 15 per cent on a year-on-year basis in the third quarter.”
He further said, “Despite the reduction in APM gas allocation, ATGL has ensured uninterrupted supply of CNG to a large group of our consumers by supplying additional gas through alternative methods.” The allocation of APM gas to ATGL for the CNG (T) segment was reduced from 63 per cent to 51 per cent from October 16, 2024 and then from 51 per cent to 37 per cent from November 16.
Manglani further said that the company is rapidly building PNG and CNG infrastructure in 34 geographical areas (GAs). Jalandhar GA of Punjab has been added recently. In the third quarter, the company increased the number of CNG stations to 605 by adding 28 new stations and the number of PNG domestic connections increased to 9.22 lakh with 28,677 new domestic connections.
In addition, the number of industrial and commercial connections of the company has increased by 167 to 8,913. The CNG station network of IndianOil-Adani Gas Private Limited (IOAGPL) has increased to 999 stations. 41 new stations have been added to the CNG network this quarter. At the same time, the number of domestic connections of PNG has crossed 10 lakh to 10.9 lakh. About 40 lakh people are getting its benefit.
IOAGPL is a joint venture of Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) and Adani Total Gas Limited. ATGL has formed two wholly-owned subsidiaries – Adani TotalEnergies E-Mobility Limited (ATEL) and Adani TotalEnergies Biomass Limited (ATBL) for its e-mobility and biomass business respectively.
